This is a collateral-free credit facility for both existing and new enterprises. Banks offer cash credit facility for businesses with a minimum vintage of 3 years. The facility is offered for a maximum tenor of 5 years and there are renewal charges that the customer is required to pay every year.

For traders the amount is restricted to 1 Crore and for manufacturers as well customers from service sector the amount is restricted to 2 Crores.

Thus for customers not having any property to offer as collateral, this is an extremely attractive option.
