Rajiv is a former banker having 20 years of experience in the retail finance and banking domain, known for his work ethic. He is dedicated to providing service for which customers have chosen Vector. His various exposure to sales, credit appraisal, and cross-sell as well as the rural banks have helped him to be provident banking professional. He is aiming of creating a seamless distribution network platform using networking and technology collaboratively for customer outreach. He has been honed for his credit analysis and process orientation skills through ICICI bank (19 years) and GE Countrywide (1 year).
Shailesh Kumar
Co-Founder, VECTOR
Shailesh was regional head at ICICI bank managing end to end relationship with large corporate. He is an alumnus of the university of Ranchi. After earning management degree from the Som Lalit Institute of Management, he has started his career at Gateway infosys. He is passionate leader driving business objective through gradual focus and market insight driven approach. He is versatile leader having 18 years of track record of working in urban as well as semi-urban & rural markets. His acquisition skills have held him in a good positioned in his career spanning over 20 years in banking and IT.
